Director of Operations
Rev. Glenn Hink (office: 724-981-2211 ext. 2)

Glenn grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and received his M. Div. and D. Min. from Union Seminary in Richmond, VA.  He has served as pastor at Bell Memorial Presbyterian Church, and 1st Presbyterian Church of Sharon.  He has 3 married children, and 4 grandsons.  He knows he’s blessed to have them all local.  Glenn enjoys jazz, coffee, symphony, ballet, travel, motorcycling, off roading in the mountains, reading books on theology and science, movies, eating out, and scotch.  

Director of Presbytery Advancement
Rev. Beth Creekpaum (cell: 724-977-3013)

Beth Creekpaum is the pastor of the Sandy Lake congregation in North Mercer County where she has served for 11 years.  She is a graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and currently is studying Leadership and Change in the church at Fuller Theological Seminary under the Rev. Dr. Tod Bolsinger, where she will, God willing, receive a DMIN in the near future.  This DMIN coursework has prepared Beth to be the Director of Presbytery Advancement as Shenango Presbytery tries to lead churches into imaginative experimentation of what “church” needs to look like in order to thrive in our local communities in the 21st century.   

In addition to being pastor, student, and director of presbytery advancement, Beth is mom to Sam (7), David (5), and Lydia (3).  She is able to do all these different things thanks to her husband John’s help who is also a pastor in the presbytery but has stayed home with their kids for the last 5 years.

Stated Clerk
Elder John C. Reed

John is a life-long member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sharon and over the years has been a Sunday school teacher, usher, deacon, auditor, and elder. He currently serves on several committees, is chair of their Operations Team and is their Clerk of Session.

John is a veteran of the US Army, and returned to practicing law after retiring as a judge of the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas. John and his wife, Virginia, have four children and ten grandchildren.
