Attention teaching and ruling elders – especially clerks:
The annual records check will be held at the following locations on the following days. Mark your calendars for the following dates:
- Mercer County Congregations…Wednesday, May 4th at 7:00 PM at Trinity Presbyterian Church (110 East Market Street) in Mercer, PA.
- Lawrence County Congregations…Thursday, May 5th at 7:00 PM at Northminster Presbyterian Church (2434 Wilmington Road) in New Castle, PA.
If you live in Mercer and the Lawrence County date is better for you, come to that one! Same for Lawrence County!!
In addition to the minutes (which we review every year), we review our church record books every five years. The following churches were up for review in 2015: Mt. Jackson, Highland; please bring your books this year. In 2016, the following churches need to bring their record books: Fairfield, Oak Grove, Word Centered, Mt. Hermon, 3rd NC, and Shenango.
